Manager Clinical Feasibility Haryana

Lead the strategic assessment of clinical trials, evaluating protocol viability, patient recruitment, and site selection to optimize trial design and execution. Provide technical expertise to Business Development and operational teams, ensuring data-driven, high-quality feasibility outputs (pre-award and post-award).

Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage comprehensive feasibility assessments, including patient recruitment modeling, country/site selection, and protocol evaluations. :Assists Business Development by providing operational input, risk assessment, and strategies to improve bid success. :Leverages data analytics, digital tools, and patient registries to validate feasibility assumptions and identify potential trial risks. : Collaborates with Global Project Leads, clinical operations, and external partners :Provides mentorship to junior staff, ensures adherence to regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP), and maintains high-quality standards in all feasibility outputs.

Required Qualifications Skills Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in life sciences, or related scientific discipline. Experience: Typically 8+ years in drug development, with 1+ years specializing in pre-award feasibility, site identification, or recruitment planning for global studies. Expertise:Robust understanding of clinical trial design, therapeutic areas, and operational strategy. Soft Skills:Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
