PPC Sr. Engineer (Haryana)

Role & responsibilities
- Develop production plans and schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and inventory levels to meet production targets and customer delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to understand customer demand, prioritize orders, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Create and maintain production schedules, sequencing of operations, and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization and minimize production lead times.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules.
- Regularly meet with production supervisors and operators to review production plans, discuss priorities, and address any operational challenges.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to schedule preventive maintenance activities and minimize downtime of production equipment.
