Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will manage the accounts receivable process for our US operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections. Responsibilities: Work on claims follow-ups & denial management with various insurance companies such as UHC, BCBS, Aetna, Humana, etc. Working on sending/following up on appeals Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly. Review and reconcile payments received against outstanding invoices. Collaborate with the US-based team to address billing inquiries and provide necessary documentation. Maintain accurate records of all billing and collection activities. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in accounts receivable or billing, preferably in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of US healthcare billing practices and insurance regulations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
