Program Management (Plant Operation) (Haryana)

Program Manager Automobile Manufacturing Plant Experience:- 5-7 years preferred from an automobile OEM Qualifications: B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical) Location: Euler-Palwal Plant The person will be responsible for leading end-to-end execution of automotive manufacturing programmes within the plant. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams including production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure successful target/project execution of vehicle or component manufacturing programmes. He ensures projects/production are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and operational targets with regular follow-up & MIS. JD: Program Planning & Execution
• Lead new vehicle/product launch programmes from planning to SOP (Start of Production).
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor program progress and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate plant readiness activities including equipment installation, tooling, manpower, and training. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with:

- Industrial Engineering
- Maintenance
- Vendor Development
- Logistics
- EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
• Facilitate regular review meetings and communicate program status to leadership. Manufacturing & Operations
• Ensure smooth ramp-up of production lines.
• Coordinate within different shop :- Battery, BIW & Assembly
• Drive productivity, OEE, takt time, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and implement corrective actions. . Risk & Issue Management
• Identify programme risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
• Handle escalation management related to production, supplier delays, or quality issues.
• Maintain contingency planning for critical operations. Stakeholder Management
• Interface with internal customers, suppliers, and Mohan State teams.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Support strategic manufacturing initiatives and expansion projects. Skills:
