Location: Hassangarh, Sonipat, Haryana Industry: Home Appliances Warehouse

Salary: ₹45,000 to ₹50,000 in-hand (plus PF and ESIC) Accommodation: Guest house provided for candidates willing to relocate

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, focusing on floor activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, managing inventory, and supervising the workforce. Candidates with prior experience in the home appliances industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Floor Operations Management:

- Monitor and coordinate floor-level activities such as picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with quality standards.

- Team Supervision:

- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including supervisors and associates, to achieve operational goals.

- Conduct daily briefings and ensure team adherence to SOPs.

- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate stock records and oversee regular cycle counts.

- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock availability.

- Process Improvement:

- Identify bottlenecks in warehouse operations and propose improvements.

- Ensure timely execution of orders to meet delivery schedules.

- Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Regularly inspect the warehouse to ensure a clean and secure working environment.

- Reporting:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and floor operations.

- Share key insights and improvements with the Warehouse Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in warehouse management, specifically in the home appliances industry.

- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

- Leadership and team management capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).

- Flexibility: Willing to work extended hours if necessary.

- Relocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate; accommodation will be provided.
