Program Manager (Haryana)

- Key Account Management Manage and grow relationships with priority partners and strategic accounts, ensuring alignment on goals, tracking performance metrics, resolving escalations, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and revenue
- Cross-Functional Projects Drive initiatives to remove inter-departmental bottlenecks and establish smooth processes.
- Central Control Tower Act as the single point of coordination to track, monitor, and report progress across all ongoing activities.

- Data Fluency (Mandatory) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and automation tools (e.g., App Script). Experience in growth modelling, funnel analysis, or ROI measurement is a strong plus.
- Execution Excellence Proven track record of managing 0-to-1 initiatives, operational process building, and cross-functional projects, with agility to adapt strategies quickly.
