Role & responsibilities Incoming Material 1 Proper Receipt of Incoming material. 2 Verification of Material as per P.O. 3 Verified the material from Q.A / End user. 4 Timely prepare the GRN and forward it to Finance. Issue of material 1 Timely issue of material 2 Implement of FIFO / FEFO 3 Maintain of minimum stock level of critical Engineering Items 4 Maintain inventory level of Engineering Items 5 Maintain proper stock of all items Outgoing material 1 Send the on NRGP / RGP 2 Proper tracking of RGP items 3 Coordinate with vendors with RGP items Stock keeping :- 1 Maintain proper stock ( Physical matches with Papers ) 2 Take stock as per schedule 3 MIS 4 Working knowledge SAP Preferred candidate profile
- Experience of handling Engineering Stores
