Manager Software Engineer - DEX, Nexthink, Intune (Haryana)

About the Role

The Manager of DEX Automation & Engineering leads the design, development, and operational maturity of data‑driven automation platforms that convert Digital Employee Experience telemetry into actionable insights, automated remediation, and behavior‑changing communication campaigns.

This leader guides a small team that builds and maintains end‑to‑end data pipelines, integrates Nexthink, Intune, automation outputs and other enterprise data sources, and translates complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that influence technical decisions and employee behavior at scale.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable DEX data pipelines that ingest, transform, enrich, and operationalize data from Nexthink, NQL‑based datasets, Microsoft Intune, MDM telemetry, automation outputs, remediation results, workflow platforms, service management platforms, and external enterprise data sources.
- Develop integrations that feed downstream systems, including dashboards, automation engines, analytics platforms, and data lakes.
- Ensure DEX datasets are trusted, reusable, and consumable by Digital Workplace, Service Operations, and leadership teams.
- Lead the development and maintenance of Python and Power

Shell‑based automations that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and prevent recurring issues.
- Partner across Digital Workplace to identify repeatable support patterns that should become automated, remediated, or eliminated.
- Use both technical telemetry and employee response data to improve future automation and communication strategies, moving beyond “reporting what happened” toward “shaping what happens next.”
- Lead and mentor engineers and analysts, setting technical direction, delivery expectations, and quality standards.
- Build an operating model for DEX Automation & Engineering, including intake, prioritization, sprint planning, release governance, and outcome reporting.
- Partner closely across Digital Workplace, Service Operations, Identity, Security, and platform teams.
- Define and track value metrics.

Qualifications

- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, automation engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, leading delivery, or setting technical standards.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Python and Power

Shell.
- Experience designing and maintaining production‑grade automations, integrations, or data pipelines.
- Experience working with Nexthink, NQL, or similar Digital Experience tools.
- Experience working with Microsoft Intune, MDM telemetry, endpoint telemetry, or enterprise device management data.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
