Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Café Manager at Radix Café, located in Kotdwara. The Café Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, staff scheduling, training, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver excellent guest experience and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff. Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, with knowledge of maintaining quality standards and food hygiene compliance. Basic knowledge of Sales strategies and an ability to implement them effectively in a café setting. Leadership skills, including the ability to oversee, train, and motivate a team. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations efficiently. Problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and enhance the customer experience. Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or similar setting is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in hospitality management are a plus.
