Role Description We are seeking a full-time Social Science Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. The role involves developing high-quality academic content, conducting in-depth research to support curriculum frameworks, and reviewing the efficacy of educational programs. Key responsibilities include analyzing educational methodologies, creating resources, and collaborating with teams to enhance the delivery of social science education. Qualifications
· Strong expertise in Social Science and a good understanding of the education sector.
· Excellent Research and Analytical skills for developing and evaluating educational materials.
· Strong Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting ideas effectively.
· Experience in designing or delivering educational content is highly desirable.
· A Master’s degree or higher in Social Sciences, Education, or a related field is preferred.
· Passion for improving K–12 education and a commitment to innovative teaching solutions. Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop curriculum-aligned content for Social Science (History, Geography, Civics, Economics) for Grades 1–10.
- Create detailed Lesson Plans aligned with textbooks and annual planners.
- Design worksheets, question banks, assessments, and other supporting resources for teachers and students.
- Review textbooks, LPs, worksheets, and assessments for academic accuracy, conceptual clarity, age appropriateness and alignment with textbook flow.
- Work with internal teams for planning, reviews, and timely delivery. Key Skills
