Key Responsibilities Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans integrating play-based learning, storytelling, arts, crafts, and music. Classroom Management: Maintain a secure, clean, colorful, and engaging classroom setting that stimulates curiosity and learning. Child Development: Foster foundational literacy, numeracy, social-emotional skills, and fine/gross motor skills in young children. Observation & Assessment: Track individual student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones; maintain organized records. Parent Communication: Conduct regular updates and parent-teacher meetings to discuss a child's progress and build a solid school-home partnership. School Events: Actively participate in organizing school events, annual days, festivals, and field trips.
