Role Description This is a full time on-site role located in Kharda for a Business Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves conducting market research, developing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive business growth and success.
