Job Summary
Responsible for inspection and operation of Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) equipment to detect surface defects in bright bars and ensure product quality.
Key Responsibilities Perform MPI testing on bright bars after processes like cold drawing and grinding Identify surface cracks/defects and segregate rejected material Operate and maintain MPI machines and related equipment Record inspection results and maintain quality reports Follow safety and quality standards in production
Requirements ITI/Diploma (Mechanical preferred) Basic knowledge of NDT/MPI testing Experience in steel/bright bar industry preferred
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
