Job Title: Project Delivery Engineer
Experience: 2+ Years

We are looking for a Project Delivery Engineer who will be part of the delivery team responsible for executing end-to-end project implementations. The role involves working closely with customers throughout the deployment lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation, timely delivery, and seamless transition to support. Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Project Deployment
- Lead deployment of Infraon product suite from project kickoff to closure.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.
- Drive project sign-off and collect customer feedback.
2. Project Scope & Planning
- Understand and document project scope, deliverables, and implementation steps.
- Identify risks and proactively plan mitigation strategies.
3. Customer Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during deployment.
- Provide regular updates and ensure alignment on expectations.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
4. Product Installation & Configuration
- Install and configure Infraon products (IMS, Desk, NCCM, Secura).
- Ensure seamless integration with customer environments.
5. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle customer queries related to deployment and product usage.
- Escalate bugs/issues to the development team when required.
6. User Training & Handover
- Conduct product demos and training sessions for end users.
- Manage UAT sign-off and gather feedback for improvements.
7. Project Reporting & Documentation
- Share regular status reports with stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
8. Additional Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations for deployment and training when required.
- Support organizational goals through successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Network Management Systems (NMS) and Helpdesk tools
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking basics, Linux, and SQL
- Ability to analyze project requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with customers and deliver presentations
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to dynamic environments
- Comfortable working under tight timelines
Eligibility / Qualifications:
- Education: BE (IT/CS) / BCA / MCA / BSc / MSc (Computer Science or related fields)
