We are hiring experienced IDAM Architects to help secure the adoption of AI, LLMs, and developer copilots across enterprise Identity & Access Management environments.

These roles will focus on defining architecture, governance, engineering standards, and reusable integration patterns for AI-enabled IAM capabilities and AI tooling used by engineering and IAM teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring AI solutions are secure-by-design, resilient, auditable, scalable, and aligned to enterprise security and risk standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define architecture standards and integration patterns for AI within IAM environments

• Support AI-enabled IAM capabilities, including access request copilots, policy reasoning, and automated fulfilment workflows

• Own engineering standards for AI developer tooling and copilots used by IAM teams

• Support secure implementation of tools such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Mistral Code, and similar AI assistants

• Ensure governance, auditability, resilience, and compliance across AI-enabled IAM solutions

• Develop reusable and scalable integration patterns across enterprise environments

• Continuously improve standards and architecture patterns as platforms and risks evolve

• Work closely with security, IAM, engineering, and enterprise architecture stakeholders

Required Experience:

• Solid Identity & Access Management architecture background

• Enterprise security and integration architecture experience

• Experience working with AI/LLM tooling or AI-enabled engineering environments

• Robust understanding of governance, security controls, and enterprise risk

• Experience operating within large-scale enterprise environments
