Relocation: Required (candidates must be willing to relocate to Hosur) Workdays: 5 days About the Role We are hiring a detail-driven and collaborative BIM Modeler to join our growing team in SES, Hosur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 3D modeling for architectural and structural projects, along with strong coordination skills to work across disciplines. If you're passionate about precision, BIM standards, and working on meaningful projects, we want to hear from you! ✅ Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architecture and structures using Revit and related tools.
- Produce accurate construction documentation (plans, sections, elevations, details) from models.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or BIM 360.
- Follow and implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Technical Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) protocols.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for multi-discipline coordination.
- Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure standards are met.
- Contribute to ongoing refinement of internal BIM processes and workflows. What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in BIM modeling (architectural/structural focus).
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and documentation.
- Eperience with BEP, TIDP, and clash coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
