Job Requirements

Position Purpose The role is responsible for driving Learning Operations, Governance, Analytics, and Program Management for the ISCM EDGE Learning ecosystem across manufacturing divisions. The incumbent will ensure seamless execution of capability-building initiatives, learning systems governance, stakeholder collaboration and learning analytics aligned to business priorities. - Lead Induction, Titan Odyssey & and ISCM immersions.
- LMS, Learning Systems & Data Governance
- Learning Analytics & Dashboarding

- Stakeholder Governance & Review Coordination
- External Learning Partnerships & joint Program design
- Budget, Cost & Asset Management
- Knowledge Management & Capability Architecture Support Key Competency Expectations
- Create high-quality leadership review decks
- Conceptual capability to design of recent learning interventions
- Developing ISCM competency portal and knowledge assets
- Handle digital & immersive learning initiatives
- Learning operations and governance
- Analytics and dashboarding capability
- Strong execution rigor and stakeholder responsiveness
- Attention to detail and data orientation Work Experience
- BE + MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification
- 10–12 years' experience in Learning Operations / L&D; / Capability Building
- Manufacturing exposure preferred
