Sous Chef – Cloud Kitchen We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Sous Chef for our cloud kitchen operations.

Responsibilities Managing daily kitchen production and order flow
- Preparing and monitoring base gravies and batch production
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and hygiene
- Handling rush-hour kitchen operations efficiently
- Monitoring inventory and informing shortages proactively
- Coordinating packing and dispatch operations
- Supporting kitchen workflow and team coordination Requirements:

Experience in cloud kitchen or restaurant kitchen operations
- Ability to handle multiple orders during rush hours
- Valuable understanding of kitchen workflow and production systems
- Responsible communication and operational awareness
- South Indian / North Indian cooking experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00
- ₹51,204.15 per month
