About the role:
The Assistant Manager / Manager
- Academic Delivery will play a critical role in the delivery of a portfolio of professional
certificate programs in partnership with top-ranked universities. This role requires a process-oriented and detail-oriented person who has a passion for making a difference, and is comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will take ownership of their programs end-to-end, focusing on driving learner satisfaction, learner completion, and online delivery at scale. This includes ensuring course launch readiness, managing course leaders, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing data to continuously improve learner experience.
