Value Stream Manager (Hosur)

Value Stream Leader:In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end value stream across production and logistics operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization and continuous improvement. You will drive quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance by managing capacity, optimizing workflows, and implementing Lean/OPEX methodologies to achieve operational excellence.Your job:Lead and manage the value stream operations, ensuring optimal capacity planning and resource allocation (people, machines, materials)Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/OPEX tools to enhance quality, productivity, and delivery performanceMonitor and analyze KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to sustain performanceOptimize production and logistics workflows by identifying losses and driving efficiency improvementsEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards within the value streamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, escalate risks, and implement improvementsLead shopfloor management routines (PDCA, daily operations reviews) to drive execution excellenceDrive innovation and process improvements by implementing ideas and best practicesManage, coach, and develop team members, ensuring high performance and engagementEnsure compliance with company policies, and support customer-focused delivery outcomesOur requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field with 6–8 years of relevant experience in production or logisticsStrong knowledge of Lean/OPEX methodologies, value stream management, and process improvementExperience in team handling, shopfloor management, and KPI-driven operationsKnowledge of quality management systems and production/logistics processesGood analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in MS Office and SAP with positive English communication skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mrmqn
