- The Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, extending, and integrating the HR Helpdesk module within Oracle HCM Cloud to support enterprise-wide employee service delivery. The role involves working closely with functional consultants, HR stakeholders, and integration teams to implement automated case management, intelligent routing, reporting etc.
- Proven experience in HDL, BI, OTBI, Redwood Enablement ,Groovy Script
- Hierarchy and HCM security requirements identification.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery setting
- Communication and Analytical skills
- Working knowledge of HR Helpdesk Module.

- The Functional Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the HR Helpdesk module within Oracle HCM Cloud. The role involves translating HR shared services requirements into scalable case management workflows, SLA models, knowledge frameworks, and employee self-service solutions aligned with global HR operating models.
- Proven experience in configuration of: Service Request types

Case routing rules, Assignment rules, Queues & Work Areas, SLA Milestones & Escalations, Auto-routing logic, Escalation matrix, multi-level approval scenarios, Email-to-Case, employee experience journeys, Configure knowledge article suggestions & deflection strategyFunctional test scenarios etc..
