Job Description TeamsWork is seeking a talented Figma UI/UX Designer with three years of qualified experience. The role focuses on crafting seamless digital experiences and visually stunning user interfaces for our web and mobile products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform ideas and user needs into impactful, user-centric designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for web and mobile apps using Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries, ensuring consistency throughout our products.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate designs.
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze feedback to inform and improve UX solutions.
- Present design concepts, articulate thought process, and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging tools in UX/UI design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with proven expertise in Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing recent work and Figma-driven projects.
- Mastery of user-centered design principles and process.
- Solid skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile teams.
- Effective verbal and written communication, with ability to present and justify design decisions.
