Role & responsibilities Simulation Engineer
- Function Area: R&D; Vehicle Engineering (DAG / Durability FEA) 2. Scope of Work Execute static, fatigue, vibration, and durability load cases in Creo Simulate as per internal standards Perform pre-processing and post-processing of FEA models for 2W chassis, body, and powertrain parts Interpret boundary conditions from ANSYS, OptiStruct, and Abaqus input files and replicate them in Creo Simulate Modify CAD in Creo to resolve mesh errors and effectively use weld modules where required Compare Creo Simulate results with FEA results and align them with defined acceptance criteria Prepare result documentation, plots, and compliance checks for internal reviews Positive understanding of Strength of materials, Vibration, Machine design, Materials and failure models. Demonstrate strong communication skills and actively engage with stakeholders to smoothlyalign and support the Creo procedure handover.
