Description
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose and rectify issues related to hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, pressure systems, and lubrication units.
- Handle maintenance activities for VMC, HMC, CNC Turning Centers, and SPM machines.
- Monitor hydraulic pressure, oil levels, leakages, and machine performance regularly.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce machine downtime and improve productivity.
- Read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams.
- Ensure proper maintenance records, checklists, and machine history documentation are maintained.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring machine failures and implement corrective actions.
- Support installation, commissioning, and trial activities of current machines.
