Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to design, implement, and support automation and digital systems that improve operational efficiency, ensure data integrity, and maintain regulatory compliance, designated person shall have the self-driven approach in the capacity of automation&associated areas. Design, implement, and maintain automation systems (Preferred with prior exposure on Rockwell automation platforms). Integrate automation systems with IT infrastructure, databases, and reporting applications. Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity (ALCOA+), and regulatory requirements.Perform computer system validation (CSV) activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation executions. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability. Manage user access, cybersecurity, and backup/recovery processes for automation systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Engineering) and external vendors.Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation and system controls. Evaluate and implement new technologies for process optimization and digital transformation. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change control records for all automation systems. Provide support for GxP computerized systems validation program at site.Responsible for self-inspection and remediation activities related to automation of GxP computerized systems. Handling of associated QMS&to ensure timely completion of action items i.e. for Change Controls, Deviations, investigations and CAPA. To ensure readiness for all audits&active participation during the Audits. Review of protocols, QMS documents, CSV deliverables and miscellaneous documents. Responsible for providing training to CFT members on automation. Qualification and Experience: Qualification: Minimum of a science graduate, preferably B. Tech or M. Tech.Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in automation within the pharmaceutical domain.
