Job Overview The Project Manager (Finance Data Products – Databricks) will serve as the central delivery lead for complex, global finance data initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple workstreams across SAP Finance and enterprise data/analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across finance, technology, and data teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. Additionally, the role requires establishing robust program governance, managing risks and dependencies, and driving consistent, high-quality delivery across geographically distributed teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as the central delivery lead for Finance Data Products programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Define and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams spanning SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FP&A;) and enterprise systems (BPC, TM1, Ariba, Concur, Kyriba).
- Establish and enforce program governance frameworks, including status reporting, RAID logs, and KPI tracking.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders across business, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead risk identification, impact assessment, and mitigation planning across complex program dependencies.
