**Job Description Summary** As related customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. The Candidate should be responsible for end to end project management of Instrument transformers project management based from Hosur commencing from receipt of order till the end of Guarantee period ,covering Project planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Key duties include defining project scope, leading and managing the execution , tracking progress, managing budgets, mitigating risks, achieving the billing, revenue, cash in , on time delivery with Safety and compliance to all organization policies and practices also serving as the primary interface between the internal stake holders and customers . **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Understanding the project scope technically and commercially, Order registration , Drawings and other document submission and approvals. + Execution planning in co-ordination with the planning and manufacturing team + Customer inspection management , dispatch and revenue recognition. + Ensuring the cash collection within the stipulated time + Supporting on any after sales /service during the guarantee phase. + Ensuring clear contract closure after retrieval of BG and other associated documents. + Ensuring the Revenue , Cash, On time delivery , Customer compliant management , customer responsiveness , R&O; management and mitigation are done in line with the KPI + Full adherence to Safety, Integrity , GE Vernova values & other Compliance requirements. + Able to communicate well with internal and external stake holders and deliver the results in uncertain scenario. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor of Engineering / B.Tech
- preferably Electrical engineering Have minimum 5
- 10 years experience in handling complex projects preferably in domestic market and also knowledge of export execution . + Good product knowledge preferable Transformers, Transmission & Distribution products . + Project management skills . + Positive commercial acumen + Good interpersonal skills + Ability to anticipate risks and opportunities and deploy clear mitigation plans. + Should be accountable and result oriented . **Desired Characteristics** + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. + Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. + Established project management skills. **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** Yes GE Vernova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
