IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to support and manage Microsoft 365 environments for enterprise customers during PST business hours. This role will focus on: Microsoft 365 administration User support and troubleshooting SharePoint and collaboration support Endpoint and Windows login troubleshooting Day-to-day IT helpdesk operations The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling end-user support independently and capable of troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, and collaboration platforms. We are specifically looking for immediate joiners who are comfortable working PST shifts. Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Administration Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments including: Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive Teams Entra ID (Azure AD) Create, modify, and manage: User accounts Groups Licenses Password resets MFA troubleshooting IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY End User & Helpdesk Support Troubleshoot user issues related to: Windows login problems Account lockouts Outlook issues Teams access Password and MFA issues Provide remote support for day-to-day IT incidents and requests Handle tickets within defined SLA timelines SharePoint & Collaboration Support Support SharePoint Online administration and permissions Configure and troubleshoot: External sharing policies Access permissions Site-level access File sharing issues Assist users with collaboration and document access issues Security & Compliance Support Support implementation and maintenance of: Conditional Access policies MFA policies Device compliance policies Basic security hardening activities Monitor and escalate suspicious login or security-related issue Required Skills 5+ years of experience in: Microsoft 365 Administration IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support Strong hands-on experience with: Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams Entra ID / Azure AD Experience troubleshooting: Windows login issues Password & MFA problems Outlook and Teams issues Good understanding of: SharePoint sharing policies User permissions External collaboration controls Experience using ticketing systems and handling SLA-driven support environments Nice to Have Experience with: Intune JAMF Conditional Access Defender for Office 365 Basic networking knowledge Exposure to security hardening projects for Microsoft 365 Experience supporting macOS endpoints Working Model PST shift support role Immediate joiners preferred Strong troubleshooting mindset Comfortable handling users independently Transparent communication skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4laa1r
