Job Specification : Business Development Manager (SWH Division) . Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Solar Water Heater Division Department: Sales & Marketing Base Location: Hubli Area of Coverage: North Karnataka. Job Summary We have openings with a reputed company having a 33 years of legacy in the Solar Industry and are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in Solar Industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, increasing market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across North Karnataka. Experience
- 3 to 4 years with 2 to 4 yrs in relevant industry and at least 1 to 2 years in solar field is preferable. Qualification
- Diploma / Any Degree Salary & Advantages l Attractive salary package based on experience, skills, and performance. l Performance-based incentives for achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Targets. l PF and Travel Reimbursement as per company policy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities across North Karnataka.
- Identify new customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly,quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, institutions, and end customers.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and market surveys only if necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales updates through CRM on a regular basis. Skills Required
- Strong business development and networking skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Market knowledge of Solar Water Heater, PV, and Heat Pump products
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel across North Karnataka Additional Requirements
- Own conveyance is mandatory.
