Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Workforce Scheduling modules. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end solution design, implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across global environments. This role demands a strong consulting mindset, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on functional expertise. ????️ Key Responsibilities ✔ Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Payroll, OTL, and Workforce Scheduling modules ✔ Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable HCM solutions ✔ Configure payroll elements, balances, costing, and compliance rules ✔ Implement time tracking, absence integration, and workforce scheduling frameworks ✔ Support integrations with HR, Finance, and third-party systems ✔ Conduct SIT/UAT testing and troubleshoot production issues ✔ Support deployment activities and post-go-live enhancements ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams ✅ Required Skills & Experience ???? Core Functional Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Payroll, OTL & Workforce Scheduling
• Expertise in the complete payroll lifecycle (pre-payroll, payroll run, post-payroll)
• Deep understanding of attendance, scheduling, and time management frameworks
• Experience in global or multi-country payroll implementations ???? Technical & Tooling Expertise
• Hands-on experience with:
* Fast Formulas
* HCM Extracts
* HDL (HCM Data Loader)
* BI Reports / OTBI
• Understanding of:
* REST/SOAP APIs
* Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
* Reporting, analytics, and data migration ???? Consulting & Delivery Skills
• Strong requirement gathering and solution design expertise
• Experience in fit-gap analysis and process optimization
