Detailed Job Description: 1. Basic Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of simple scripting languages such as Bash, Batch, or Unix shell scripts
- Ability to read and interpret short scripts (not heavy coding)
- Basic knowledge of programming logic (loops, conditions, variables)

2. Order Management Workflow Awareness
- Familiarity with order management processes (job execution, scheduling, monitoring)
- Understanding of job dependencies and workflow sequences
- Ability to track and troubleshoot job failures

3. System & Environment Knowledge
- Basic exposure to Unix/Linux environments
- Comfortable working with command-line interfaces
- Awareness of file handling, logs, and directory structures

4. Mainframe / Legacy Exposure (Valuable to Have)
- Basic understanding of COBOL-based systems (not mandatory to code)
- Familiarity with job control concepts (e.g., batch jobs)

5. Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills
- Ability to identify issues from logs and error messages
- Logical thinking to debug simple script or job failures
- Attention to detail

6. Communication & Coordination
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Ops, Dev, Business)
- Clear communication for issue reporting and updates
