Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Marketer. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive business growth. This includes implementing growth marketing strategies, conducting marketing analytics to measure effectiveness, managing lead generation campaigns, and optimizing performance through web analytics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on marketing trends will also be central to this role.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking strategies to scale business outcomes
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to measure and optimize campaigns
- Experience in Lead Generation techniques to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Solid understanding of data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with digital tools and marketing platforms; knowledge of software delivery or DevSecOps is a plus
