Bid Specialist (Hubballi)

Purpose of the job Job Description
• Develops proposal content aimed at providing recruitment and staffing services for skilled, operational roles in one of the target industries while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency of Enterprise' messaging and branding
• Engages in order-driven bidding processes by researching on clients, industry trends and client competitors also recruiting for skilled, operational roles, to support bid strategy and proposal efforts. Supports in conducting competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors in bid opportunities, thereby helping position Enterprise as a leader in sourcing top-tier Enterprise for high-demand industries
• Reviews client requirements notes for operational skill set or placement types (i.e. temporary, permanent, blue-collar etc.) to support alignment of the bid proposal strategy with client expectations and prepare competitive bids
• Tracks and updates the status of ongoing bids, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and any completion risks are mitigated
• Defines the trading terms included in standard bids and tenders of the Enterprise sector. Supports the negotiation of contract terms and conditions to protect the Enterprise' interests while ensuring that client expectations are met
• Documents and shares best practices, in one of the key sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, supply chain and warehousing, with the team to improve the effectiveness of future proposals Grade Descriptor
