Job Description : We are seeking a highly proactive and experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive enterprise-scale cloud data modernization initiatives. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, architecting and executing comprehensive data migrations while overseeing the development of robust, scalable cloud data pipelines. You will lead cross-functional teams, translating complex business requirements into high-performing data solutions utilizing modern data stack tools, primarily Snowflake, dbt, and Apache Airflow.

Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical authority for clients, guiding their transition from legacy on-premises systems (such as SQL Server) to modern cloud architectures.
- Provide migration advisory services, designing roadmaps for consolidating thousands of enterprise reports into a unified single source of truth.
- Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment across business units.
- Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Snowflake and dbt, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
