OracleC & SCM Techno-Functional (Hubballi)

Shift Timings: 6:00pm IST to 3:00am IST Weekly Shift: Tuesday through Saturday We need someone that can demonstrate in-depth of knowledge in the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, which is critical for this role, as it will be customer facing. Looking for someone that can sufficiently articulate key processes, dependencies, and practical scenarios within the O2C flow, indicating hands-on experience and troubleshooting capability expected for this position. Given the support-intensive nature of the role, a stronger techno-functional and process-level understanding of O2C is essential. - Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
- Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries.
- Develop and deploy fixes utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements.
- Support UAT and transition new projects into steady-state operations. The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably R12.2.4+) support and development.
- Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SCM modules like OM, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, Shipping, etc.
- Familiarity with logistics systems such as OTM, GTM, and 3PL is a plus. The Assets:

- Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
