At DesignlensUX, design is not just about aesthetics— it is about creating intuitive, high-performing experiences that drive business impact.About the Role We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience in designing modern, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong UI design skills, a solid understanding of UX principles, experience working on website redesign projects, and the ability to translate business goals into intuitive user journeys.You will work on client projects involving UX audits, research, wireframing, redesigning websites/web pages, and improving digital customer experiences across multiple industries. Experience working with jewellery, luxury, premium, fashion, or high-end consumer brands will be an added advantage. (Preferred but not mandatory)Key Responsibilities Design intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-focused web experiences Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma Conduct UX audits and identify usability gaps across websites and digital journeys Work on website redesign and optimization projectsCollaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and user needs Conduct UX research, competitor benchmarking, and heuristic evaluations Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy Present design concepts and rationale confidently to stakeholdersMentor and guide interns/junior designers when required Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Required Skills&Qualifications 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX Design Strong portfolio showcasing web design and UX projects Expertise in Figma Strong understanding of Design principles, UX methodologies, User-centered design, Visual hierarchy and accessibility Experience conducting UX audits and usability analysisStrong communication and presentation skills Ability to handle multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Preferred Qualifications Experience working with jewellery, luxury, premium, fashion, or lifestyle brands Familiarity with UX research tools and analytics platforms is a plusWhy Join DesignlensUX?
