Production Supervisor Hubli

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Supervisor / Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our art production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, coordinating teams, ensuring quality standards, tracking project timelines, and maintaining smooth workflow from design approval to final dispatch and installation. Supervise daily production activities for sculptures, murals, artworks, and custom installations. Manage and coordinate artisans, painters, sculptors, fabricators, and production staff. Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor quality at every stage of production. Coordinate with the design team regarding drawings, modifications, and approvals. Track raw material requirements and coordinate procurement. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery. Maintain production records and project progress reports. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks. Coordinate dispatch, packaging, and site installation requirements. Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and discipline. Report directly to management regarding project status and operational issues.
