Field Support Engineer - GPS device installation (Hubli)

Job Summary We are looking for a Field Support Engineer responsible for GPS device and vehicle camera installation, troubleshooting, and on-site technical support for vehicles and school buses. The candidate should be comfortable traveling, handling basic electrical connections, and interacting with customers professionally. Strong communication skills in both English and Kannada are preferred for effective coordination with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles (cars, buses, trucks, etc.)
- Install CCTV / AI cameras and related accessories in school buses and commercial vehicles
- Perform basic wiring and electrical connections
- Troubleshoot device, camera, and connectivity issues on-site
- Conduct testing and ensure proper device functionality
- Provide customer support during and after installation
- Maintain installation reports and service records
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
- Explain basic system usage to customers when required Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Any technical qualification (Electronics, ECE, Electrical, or related)
- Basic knowledge of vehicle wiring and electrical systems
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
- Basic mobile app handling skills
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada

- Ability to work independently in the field
