Aluminium Window & Mosquito Mesh Technician – Job Responsibilities
Full-Time | Location: Balakampet, Hyderabad
Core Responsibilities:
1. Accurately take site measurements for aluminium windows, mesh doors, and mosquito grills as per customer requirements.
2. Cut aluminium sections and profiles precisely using cutting machines/tools according to the given dimensions and design specifications.
3. Fabricate aluminium window frames, mosquito mesh panels, and insect screens in the workshop or at the installation site, ensuring high-quality finish and fit.
4. Assemble and install mesh systems, including sliding, pleated, magnetic, or fixed types on doors, balconies, and windows.
5. Perform on-site installations at customer locations, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and secure fixing of all components.
6. Handle product repairs and service calls, including replacing mesh fabric, fixing sliding channels, and addressing alignment or fitting issues.
7. Maintain tools and materials, keeping them in proper working condition, and follow safety standards during fabrication and installation work.
8. Coordinate with the sales/telecaller team to understand customer requirements, schedule site visits, and report completion status.
9. Provide courteous service at client sites, maintaining professionalism, cleanliness, and work ethics.
10. Maintain records of material usage, work hours, and service reports, and inform the supervisor of any issues or rework needed.
Skills & Requirements:
• Experience in aluminium fabrication and mesh installations
• Ability to read measurements and use cutting/fabrication tools
• Familiarity with different types of mosquito mesh systems
• Basic knowledge of tools like drilling machines, rivet guns, grinders, etc.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to different customer locations
• Team player with good communication and discipline
