- Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle servicing (calls, walk-ins, emails)
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
- Conduct service reminder calls (periodic maintenance, insurance, warranty expiry)
- Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback and satisfaction levels
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team for timely updates
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution or escalation
- Promote value-added services such as AMC, extended warranty, and accessories
- Ensure proper communication regarding service status, delivery time, and cost estimates
