We are seeking an entrepreneurial Estate Manager & Hospitality Director to oversee operations at Ayer’s Cardamom Estate. Spanning a lush 10 acres, this role splits focus between running our premium homestays and spearheading major land and agricultural development projects.

Key Responsibilities Hospitality: Manage daily homestay operations, guest bookings, and curate premium on-site experiences (plantation treks, dining). Land Development: Plan and execute major infrastructure projects (adding eco-cottages, landscaping, trails) on the 10-acre property. Operations: Supervise plantation staff, oversee cash crops (cardamom, nutmeg, cocoa), and manage budgets, vendors, and local compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 4+ years managing eco-resorts, boutique homestays, or large estates, with a proven track record in project management/construction. Skills: Robust leadership, property maintenance knowledge, and fluency in English and Malayalam. Traits: Resourceful, hands-on, and passionate about sustainable tourism.
