We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

• Fresher- 29K CTC including PLI

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers in navigating our services, answering questions, and resolving any issues
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our company's services and offerings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Record and update customer information in the CRM system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
• Meet or exceed customer care performance goals and metrics
