Purchasing Executive, Indore

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement of hotel and personal care amenities such as combs, razors, toothbrushes, shower caps, vanity kits, slippers, and related packaging materials. The candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor management, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement operations within FMCG, pharma, cosmetics, or similar industries.The role requires strong coordination skills, cost optimization mindset, and ability to ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end procurement of amenities and related consumables - Source and develop vendors for items such as combs, razors, toothbrushes, sachets, kits, and hospitality accessories- Conduct price negotiations and achieve cost-effective purchasing - Compare quotations and finalize suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines - Coordinate with production, planning, QA, and warehouse teams for procurement requirements - Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and follow-ups with suppliers- Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and documentation - Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages - Support new product development through vendor sourcing and sampling - Ensure compliance with company quality and procurement standards Candidate Profile - 2–6 years of experience in purchase/procurement- Experience in procurement of amenities, personal care accessories, packaging materials, or FMCG/pharma consumables - Strong vendor network and negotiation skills preferred - Good understanding of procurement processes and inventory coordination - Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems - Strong communication and coordination abilitiesEducational Qualification - Graduate in any discipline - MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred
