We are currently partnering with a prestigious developer to spearhead a large-scale, mixed-use township project in Guyana (South America). We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager who brings the vision and technical rigor to translate architectural intent into reality. Expertise in managing the complete“Design-to-Site” lifecycle, effectively bridging the gap between architectural vision and on-site execution. Proven capability in multidisciplinary consultant coordination, technical execution through BIM/Revit, and aligning design deliverables with master construction schedules using Primaveraand MS Project.CORE COMPETENCIES Township&Mixed-Use Design: Design-to-Site Pipeline: Technical Rigor: Scheduling&Governance: Sustainability: Stakeholder Management: What we are looking for: Experience: 12–18 years in design coordination for large-scale townships or complex real estate projects. Education: B. Arch (Master’s in Urban Design/Construction Management is a plus). Technical Rigor: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM. Familiarity with project scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project) is highly preferred.Coordination Skills: A proven track record of managing multidisciplinary consultants and ensuring GFC drawings meet construction timelines.
