This role requires active management of incidents, issues, and outages to ensure timely investigation and restoration. The position demands continuous monitoring and coordination to maintain operational stability and support business continuity, often involving collaboration with various teams to address challenges and optimize service performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of IT service disruptions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service interruptions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline IT operations and incident management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with IT service management principles and tools to support incident and outage handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining production systems to ensure high availability and reliability. Additional Information:
