Job Summary: The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director (MD) is a highly strategic role that requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. The EA will act as the MD’s right hand, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, optimizing the MD’s time, and facilitating eAicient decision-making. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities, while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Strategic Support:  Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.  Manage the MD’s complex calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and prioritization.  Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and confidential documents on behalf of the MD.  Coordinate and follow up on key action items, ensuring deadlines are met.  Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and provide concise summaries with actionable insights. Pay: ₹25,000.00
