Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to manage social media engagement, online reputation management (ORM), and customer service for Love Protect Sustain. This role requires someone who understands digital communication deeply — not just responding to messages, but creating positive brand experiences through empathy, responsiveness, and thoughtful interaction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer conversations, managing online communities, coordinating content posting, and supporting the overall digital presence of the brand during US business hours. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management & Content Posting
- Manage day-to-day posting across social media platforms
- Schedule and publish content as per the content calendar
- Coordinate with the internal team for creatives, captions, and campaign execution
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, communication, and presentation across platforms Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and customer feedback across platforms
- Respond to audience interactions professionally and promptly
- Maintain positive brand engagement and community relationships
- Escalate sensitive concerns or customer complaints appropriately Customer Service & Communication
- Handle customer queries related to products, orders, delivery, and general support
- Provide timely and empathetic responses via social media, email, or other support channels
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently with a solution-oriented approach
- Maintain professionalism and brand sensitivity in all communication Community Engagement
- Build and nurture healthy customer relationships online
- Engage with followers and customers to strengthen brand trust and loyalty
- Support initiatives that improve audience engagement and customer experience Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth communication flow
- Maintain trackers for customer queries, escalations, and resolutions
- Support digital campaigns and promotional activities when required Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital communication etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and responsiveness
- Comfortable working in US time zones
- Basic understanding of content scheduling and social media tools preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, ORM, or social media management preferred What We’re Looking For
