We are Hiring: 3D Designer | Virtual Garment Prototyping Specialist Location: Pithampur, Dhar Department: Business Development / Marketing Reporting To: Business Head Experience : Minimum 3-5years hands-on experience in 3D software About the Role Pratibha Syntex Limited is transitioning toward a virtual-first, on-demand production model, and we’re looking for a skilled 3D Designer & AI Virtual Garment Prototyping Specialist to help lead this shift. If you excel at transforming digital concepts into production-ready garments, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Create 3D garment simulations using tools like CLO 3D or Style3D Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Reliable Diffusion) for design ideation (prints, silhouettes, colorways) Develop and manage a digital fabric library Produce photorealistic renders for e-commerce and marketing Build complete digital tech packs (BOM, patterns, construction details) Ensure precision in pattern-making, fit, and grading for smooth physical execution What We’re Looking For Mandatory: Strong expertise in CLO 3D / Style3D Experience with generative AI tools and fabric digitization workflows Solid foundation in garment design, pattern-making, and construction Ability to deliver high-volume output in a fast-paced environment A strong portfolio showcasing realistic 3D garments and tech packs Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on work in 3D garment software Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or related field Diploma or certification in 3D fashion design tools (CLO 3D / Style3D) is a plus Training or exposure to digital fashion, virtual prototyping, or CAD for garments preferred Understanding of fabric behavior, garment construction, and pattern engineering Familiarity with AI-driven design tools is an added advantage Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lk474
