We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee site operations and ensure timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities. Lead and supervise on-site staff, ensuring optimal team performance, safety compliance, and productivity. Handle material procurement, inventory control, and efficient utilization to minimize wastage and costs. Apply in-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Leverage solid industry contacts with JCB operators, suppliers, laborers, and other vendors for seamless coordination. Track project progress against timelines and budgets, reporting to senior management. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Requirements: 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in construction or real estate projects. Age between 35-50 years with proven leadership in site-based roles. Strong network with JCB providers, material suppliers, and local workforce. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with MS Excel for reporting and basic project management tools. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. Pay: ₹25,000.00
