Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entomologist based in Dhar. The Entomologist will be responsible for conducting research and experiments related to insects, specifically Black Soldier Fly (BSFL), to support the company’s product innovation and production. The role involves overseeing and optimizing insect rearing, contributing to integrated pest management strategies, analyzing insect biology, and maintaining efficient lab operations. Collaboration with various teams to enhance processes and meet business needs will also be a primary responsibility.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge in Entomology and Zoology to support research and development efforts
- Experience in Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management techniques
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills for handling and analyzing insects
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Entomology, Zoology, or related Biological Sciences
- Ability to work effectively in a laboratory and controlled production environment
- Previous experience in insect rearing, especially with BSFL, is a robust asset
